Just finished digital seat for this maxillary full-arch rehabilitation. Notice the concave subgingival tissue contours designed in exocad Galway 3.2. We maintained 0.04mm spacer tolerance at the multi-unit cylinders to eliminate passive fit stress. Passive fit confirmed with Sheffield test.

Excellent emergence profile! What bur radius did you use for the interface seating to prevent micro-binding on the titanium bases?
If you are milling feather-edge anterior veneers on high-translucency zirconia (Katana STML or e.max ZirCAD Prime), do NOT use a 1.0mm finishing bur on the margins. Switch your CAM roughing pass to 1.5mm, but enforce a 0.6mm diamond bur with a 15% feed rate reduction on the cervical 1mm. Chipping rate dropped to 0%!

This tip saved our Monday batch! 15% feed rate reduction made all the difference on 0.3mm margins.
