How financial escrow protects clinics and technicians, dispute mediation, and cancellation terms.
1. The WorkDent Escrow Protocol
WorkDent operates a 100% pre-funded escrow system. When a clinic awards a case, the project funds are securely held in escrow. Designers are guaranteed payment if they deliver within specification, and clinics are protected against non-delivery or substandard margins.
2. Revisions & Clinical Adjustments
If a design requires occlusal reduction, margin realignment, or contact adjustment within the initial prescription scope, the designer provides unlimited free revisions.
3. Auto-Approval Window
Clinics have 72 hours from CAD file delivery to review, request revisions, or approve the design. If no action or dispute is initiated within 72 hours, the system automatically disburses escrow funds to the designer.
4. Dispute Arbitration
In the rare event of an unresolvable disagreement, WorkDent master technicians review the scan data, preparation quality, and CAD parameters to issue a binding, impartial determination within 12 hours.
